hello everybody has part of our accreditation process we always have a special committee Gathering after the accreditation calls have been set for example in 2013 play Sweet then try to identify leadership team categorize the themes and then set the committee and then those goals event who have expertise interest or passion or if it's their nature of work to participate in hand that's been going on so far now I'd like the opportunity to get there contribute to the Improvement of the school  new student plan is high school colleges right now we have a checklist that weary what the new student when they start making sure that everything is in place making sure that the student feels welcomed and that's in place now and is a news support plan what that is the friend that starts later into the year that they are observed in the Cottages with their teachers turn on to the parents letting them know that their students are doing well  our elementary department has a new report card that the school system's Middle School and High School teachers are already in communication with the parents more often curriculum mapping every Department and in the cpri it's a well-organized workshop during the staff development Dance by the IMT members and then also I need to mention is the lead that we had last year was amazing it was a turkey teacher run Workshop program and the LA really impressed  cartoon compliments during the cottage near the cottages and the gym map directions as to where to go visitors in parents and also put in Visual Alert system on campus most of the campus has some already but where at are dropped in technology training we that we provide for teachers and they choose what technology to learn student parent protocol portal so that way the parents would be able to check their grades in a variety of things and the third one is the Chromebook for the setting the scene successes to things the PSA the public service announcement I've become very familiar Multicultural teacher and what we've added with a lesson plan and activities which is really nice second is this is this California state law  that we want our teachers to be ready and prepared and that the rep and give accurate information for the minority groups disabled groups and then also the LGBT including and female  sport areas here and the incident reports the IRS does old forms have been revamp we have a new form that matches that complies with the CTE an ace safety survey has been passed out to the students and the SEL the social and emotional learning  everybody has been trained all the staff members been and there's ongoing training and then also the nios not in our school bullying that's in and place as well and that's an ongoing program  we have also put it we've come up with a new logo and a new we've gone out into the community in ways of open house we've changed our format more workshops or spring play we have hundred plus mainstream system Community linked to our school  the cpri the cultural proficiency report instruction training and also in student life the SEL the social emotional learning training that happens from time to time and then also the common core standards that same place and we're working on that throughout the campus  send technology more often giving training and then also there's drop and trainings as well for specific areas  the now there's the curriculum map so there's lots of work going on in other departments for that  with many good things that are happening in regards to a cell high school has added one more course sophomores there's two ASL teachers things that have been noticed when it comes to this school notice that they are seriously delayed in language 4 measurements of the eslers  so we've been on making proposals and ideas and suggestions and how we would be able to measure the hecklers that needs to happen giving out surveys on how the teachers are using such a crunch PowerSchool Etc different places where we're putting data and how that overlays and we're finding that teachers really need to have training from time to time one-time deal it is time to refresh the memory can use the tools that they already have  wow that is so many successes and there are more to come share those thank you to the chairs and then also the committee names thank you  thank you really want to say thank you thank you  thank you and now please Pat yourselves on
