hello I want to take this opportunity to talk about and accreditation update February in what's going on in March prior to moving forward like well as a representative of the leadership team we wanted to share appreciation for all your hard work in a variety of different levels making sure that we met all of our deadlines for their credit Asian midterm visit and we have done alright  waiting all talk about a few things here will have names of people who have done what on the behind-the-scenes work and support okay first of all news regarding our school and wac Communications emails scheduling visiting days Etc and connecting with the right people here at the reports and Reporting I know either writing committee here that all worked on things that were called in a variety of levels but there really were some of people here who actually invested a lot of time and working through things and working out the details typing adding layouts and putting together all of our committee comments into one report the same school survey for our students the surveys intention was to collect data from our students on how to save our schools based on their perspective of us the stripping was developed via the survey monkey with ASL signing video work those quite a bit of logistics involved make it happen I was name the video shoot the editing grammatical structural questions asking and what type of information they're looking for the final RI survey that was done in the questions how to send that back to the students and teachers are quite involved in the survey of the students in here so they are the committee chair and the representative on each of the 11 committees work very hard and collecting information I'm sending it in to the writing committee who then was able to coordinate that report without that input I don't see how we were able to finish this report me interpreting Services we had a Spanish interpreter and translator for all the surveys we've done we have different information that disseminated we had to voice over work on the Vlogs like I'm doing now with a voice overs I want to thank my interpreting services again  this represents what's esds Community is all about and informing them that as of now this will become a much peace will have more people involved and I'll explain more about that in a minute but as we enter into our second three your face here this is a total of six year we are first nearest rap the mid-term and that we were final three years this means we have more participation required from all of you and based on our experience I don't see any possible challenges I think we're going to do just fine moving forward and look forward to seeing that happen that was get some updates first fall of the btsa which is the beginner teachers support assessment for the credentialing level tools we had a pre visit me recently it was a planned a two of the three hours for the meeting at the end and only took us 45 minutes so that means everything is set and ready to go for April's and visit congratulations let's look at the survey that is done as been sent out the in-house and also the community surveys were distributed I wanted to ask you all please answer professionally with integrity and have a good perspective of the school so you asked me how to be plan on using the data you know there's the CDE AB governance be being Creek elem assessment instruction  and student support plus there's the what's for cesd little all the Incorporated that ordering will have home groups or a set up each will have an apartment of various people those groups will traffic six to eight people in those groups are the same type of work and they can then discuss how the school can continue to improve those groups will have access to the Army information plus they will also answer the ABCDE questions when appropriate and will lay that out in a sign those to your homegroup to answer those questions they all won't be what selectos depending on the nature of your work and that information on the survey plus this and the data and the mid-term report that we presented love all be provided to you the best possible action plans for our future and the next 6 years and that's why it's very important that you participate in that survey and answer those questions surveyed will soon be released very very soon working on the Spanish translation will send that out shortly looking forward for March the report was actually at a rough draft it's a final but we'll have some tweaks in that it's that would be sent off when the visits done though of recommendations once we collect all that information disseminate that to all of you for review ask for next couple of your plan  secondly I'm working on the home groups and the committee right now with 11 of them that may change we may increase or decrease the committee's I haven't quite looked at that yet will depend on the midterm report information and based on the skulls we may need to start new committees or close some committees down the goal is to give up very clear expectation of the committee's on what's going to happen over the next few years for all of you any additional staff that may be needed will be incorporating the committee chairs for feedback to make sure that we feel this is a good fit or ready to go and we'll talk about this in a okay after the visiting schedule our Hospitality committee is working on the visiting schedule right now it'll be a one day event open sesame that schedule to all of you and I can talk you through the summary on what that might look like throughout the day it'll be it'll be fun it'll be exciting to share our strength and with what is it see if these always number one alright I look forward to
