Student Registration » FAQs

1. How will I know if my online registration was accepted?

When you complete the registration form online, it will show that your registration has been submitted. That means your registration is complete. The Admissions office will contact you if any additional information is needed.

2. Does CSD need other paperwork from me, such as medical forms?

If your child takes medications, has allergies, or carries epi-pens, the Student Health Unit will need forms filled out by you and your physician. SHU will send you a hard copy of the medical forms in the mail. (The medical forms are also available online.) Medical forms are due before the first day of the 2019-2020 school year.

3. When is the last date to register?

The last day to register your child for the 2019-2020 school year is Sunday, August 18, 2019. You can register online anytime from the school website or come to CSD to register your child on Sunday August 18, 2019.

4. Do I need to come to CSD in person, or is the online registration enough?

If you complete your registration online before Sunday, August 18 2019, you will not have to come to CSD in person.
