hello I would like to give you an update of the accreditation process so far the leadership team has met twice and we're making great progress a tool we have decided to keep the committee composition at 11 as committee members retire relocate and as new staff tired we're not going to be adding new members to the committee's until they are brought up to speed  and the reason for that is so that way they can contribute their feedback so we'll hold off on adding new committee members the committee will meet several times throughout this process and if you're on please be sure to attend those meetings because your feedback and participation is important to this process gathered by the committee chair and is included in the report we've also talked about our surveys we're reviewing those and we're in the process of editing them rephrasing down and shortening them to make sure that we get the information that we're looking and we also have a full of setting out a schedule for when these surveys will be sent out to the committee so that way we don't have to reinvent the wheel October is an important time for us we have three important tasks one is writing the report of course based on the input from our committees that mean and then also getting our surveys ready to be sent out in Spring  I would also like to ask for you to share this email with the community you may want to forward this email to parents students we want to invite people to participate in this because it's important slow Improvement stakeholders their parents and students Community organizations community members anybody that has a vested interest in our school we would like for them to become more involved in our progress so we have some parents honor committees and we're hoping that will grow over hi so that way they become a part of our process so please share this information it's an exciting time so we're looking forward to the mother I will get back to you in November thank you
