In 2011, Stuart, a CSD graduate, joined CSD as a teacher specialist in Technology field after working for a telecommunication company as engineer for three years and a school for the Deaf as system administrator for ten years. Eventually, he was a Technology Coordinator of the CSD IT department for two years before the State Special Schools and Services Division’s IT reorganization.
He is an educational technology staff that provides technology training sessions and support from specific educational technology tools and classroom integration strategies for teachers and academic staff.
He has Bachelors in Computer Science and Mathematics, and Master in Deaf Education from Gallaudet University. He has a Career Technical Education (CTE) Teaching Credential from the University of California Berkeley Extension.
