Junior Eagles Leadership

The Junior Eagles motto is “Use your talents to make the Eagle fly.”

Junior Eagles is an organization made up of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. The organization’s goal is to promote the leadership skills of the middle school students. Each student is given an opportunity, through trial and error, to develop a creative awareness of leadership. The purpose of the organization is to teach the students how an organization runs and how the organization can effectively serve the students.

The Junior Eagle members run their own snack bar in the Middle School activity center and do most of the planning for four yearly events. The events are: Wacky Party, Winter Fun, the spring cook-out, and the Junior Eagles Awards Ceremony.  Selected students will participate in a one-day leadership workshop, as well as a leadership training weekend.
