Welcome to the California School for the Deaf. It is an honor to serve as Superintendent of this incredible school community, where language, culture, and connection are at the heart of everything we do.

 

CSD is more than a school. It is a vibrant, inclusive community grounded in Deaf culture and a shared commitment to student success. We believe in educating and supporting the student as a whole child, recognizing that academic growth is deeply connected to social, emotional, linguistic, and cultural development.
