  This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), a law that reshaped access and opportunity for students with disabilities nationwide.<br><br>Created in collaboration by California School for the Deaf, Fremont and California School for the Deaf, Riverside, this video celebrates IDEA’s lasting impact on Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. Without IDEA, schools like ours and the services and access our students rely on would not be possible.<br><br>Together, CSD Fremont and CSD Riverside demonstrate the power of collaboration across campuses and communities. By sharing expertise and working in partnership, we strengthen Deaf education statewide and celebrate a future built on access, inclusion and possibility.
