Staff and Curriculum Development

 

As part of the Curriculum, Assessment, and Media Services department mission, we provide curriculum  training for our teachers utilizing the current CA standards including transitioning to Common Core Math, English Language Development, and Next Generation Science Standards- based resources available to our educators.  Through our curriculum and staff development activities, we encourage rigor in our classrooms.

 

These state and nation-wide standards were developed in collaboration with teachers, school administrators, and other experts in their fields, to provide a clear and consistent framework to prepare our children for college and the work force.
